My only solution so far is to create a new workspace and import all of my projects into it, then rename it to the original workspace. That somehow resets the interface -- far to drastic a measure.

I hope eclipse developers can fix this or make the "saved config" files more transparent so we can go in and edit out whatever is messing up our configurations.

BTW, I'm also getting problems in the java editors with Ganymede. I typically create up to 3 editors windows into the same file. The clipboard often throws errors and the screen freezes. Sometimes the display gets corrupted, lines jump around.
