Ok, I found out, that there is a file called "config.ini" within the configuration directory. In this file, the tag "osgi.bundles" can be found. If I add the missing plugin to the list, which employs "osgi.bundles", both menus are visible. But there must be a possibility to scan for additional plugins at startup automatically, isn't it?
