Woo hoo!

I guess the web tools repository isn't as up to date as the Galileo releases repository. Changing the source of the update got me past the error.

maybe you can search and download some XML Editor plugins which were recommend by developers. (tips: you should be careful of the version, some plugin is suit for eclipse 3.3, 3.4, but it will occur some problem when it goes to 3.5). Just have a try, wish be helpful. Good luck.
