Default timer in swt - 06-26-2009, 08:11 AM

is there anything same as timer in swing in SWT

my problem is i can able to use timer in swt using runnable method but i want to use it without using runnable is it possible in swt?

Hi, anirudh

For your question, my personal idea is that I think you can utilize the creation of a new thread method to realize the timer, after the system initial then start a thread, in this thread, using the code to write a Timer object, and implement execute for each XX ms.
