Qt plugin for Eclipse not creating Makefile -

I am using the Qt Eclipse plugin version 1.5.2 and Eclipse C/C++ CDT version 6.0. I am running on Linux. The Qt plugin is not creating the Makefile or .pro file anymore. It used to create the Makefile and .pro file automatically. I have tried deleting the plugin and Eclipse and untarring both of them again and running it with "eclipse -clean" but this did not work.
