Default Ant-editors problem in eclipse 3.3.1.1 - 04-01-2008, 01:11 PM

Hi,
I am using MyEclipse 6.0.1 (built on eclipse 3.3.1.1). I changed the preferences to use Monaco font (size 12) for my text and ant editor.
But now neither text, nor ant editor uses this font. They show very small fonts without any sort of syntax highlighting (in ant editor).
Is there anybody else that encounters this problem? Thanks for your feedback.
PS: I didn't have this problem in previous versions of eclipse so I hesitate to submit a new bug.

There is a lengthy thread on the MyEclipse forum (http://myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-19186.html) describing problems with MyEclipse changing fonts/attributes for some file types.

I have seen these "micro" fonts on .SQL files as well as ant Build.xml files.

Edit: To correct this behavior, I go into the Preferences and change the "Fixed Font" to something besides my default, hit "Apply", and then set back to my preferred font and hit "Apply" again. This fixes the font, but, it will revert back at some point until MyEclipse addresses this bug.

Thanks Ezapata! It is planned for MyEclipse 6.5! Seems MyEclipse team is more focused on "blue" edition than fixing bugs in standard editors like ant editor. Ouch
