Default Problem with RCP development - 05-25-2008, 12:13 PM

How can I edit(such as adding a submenu) the popupmenu in Resource Navigator without definiting extension point in plugin.xml?
I wanna reach the goal by coding.

I'd say there's no way for that. Then u wouldn't be benefiting from RCP capacity. Why you want to make it so complicated when u can easily do it by using plugin.xml?

Default Registration in RCP applications - 05-26-2008, 02:32 PM

Hello,
I have created an editor with all its view and so on.
And i exported it as a plug-in

I want to integrated this edito and load it in a new RCP application ?
How to do that please ?

Maybe you have not understood my question.

I get it with a extension-point of "org.eclipse.ui.menus" in Eclipse 3.3
There I can definite dynamic submenu items.
The items comes from a config file.So it can't be definited in the plugin.xml.

But I can't do that before in Eclipse 3.2
