So for some reason when i bring up certain menus in eclipse they just show up blank. For example if i try to open Project Properties -> Java Build Path, it will show up the first time i open it, but after that it just shows up blank, which means i have to restart eclipse everytime i need to access that menu more than once.

Also a more serious problem, is when i try to pull up the Run Dialog Box to set runtime arguments. This wont even show up on the first time i open it.

Has anyone heard of this problem before ?

It happens in both versions of eclipse that i have on my computer

im running windows vista ultimate, and this problem just started happening a couple days ago, so it wasnt always broken.

I can include screenshots if it will help anyone, but basically i can select options on the lefthand menu, but certain ones (java build path, run dialog) wont show up they are just gray boxes.
