Hey all,

I'm running Eclipse 3.2.2 with CDT 3.1.2. I simple installed the Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Eclipse CDT package and all of its prereqs. Eclipse starts fine and every works great up until running, which is when the error "An internal error occurred during: Launching" appears. I can compile code just from the terminal. I've searched around and while this problem appears to be fairly common, I'm unable to pinpoint a solution.

Well i banged my head REALLY hard on the keyboard when i discovered i had to select the executable to run in the Run/Run... menu.
its in the workspace\[YOUR APPLICATION NAME]\Debug\ folder

hope this helps, now i will hide my face in shame
