Eclipse Update Manager in PDT

Hello, i have PDT in my machine but i am with trouble to do somes updates/installs.

Every update or new plugin i try to install from Update Manager I am getting the following message:

JST Web Core (2.0.300.v200802200333-7Q7AE7JEHhHeh0hI5y-QGB) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi (2.3.0)", or equivalent.

My PDT version is 1.0.3 and i run it in Eclipse 3.3.2. I already have EMF installed (EMF All-in-one).

What i have to do to get updates and plugins installs ?
