As I have a requirement like my perforce server got installed in remote Linux system, and I want to configure the eclipse in local windows xp machine with the same client specs crated for Linux machine,

Currently I am using the perforce client which is installed in windows to create a client spec for linux box, and using the putty to do the operations like checking in and checking out the code,

now i want to configure perforce into eclipse using the same Linux's client spec to do the above operations like checking in and checking out

Is this approach is possible? If possible how can I approach? Can any one please help me out.
