IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime -

Hi All,
When I am trying to deploy my web service, it gives me following error- IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime axis-admin failed with {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client The service cannot be found for the endpoint reference (EPR) http://localhost:8080/Axis2WS/services/AdminService Environment: Eclipse - 3.3 Europa JDK - 1.6.0_11 Tomcat - 5.5.26 Windows - XP professional SP2 any kind of help is much appreciated.
