Removing Profile As ... from Explorer popup menu -

I have installed and Eclipse Profiler TPTP, and then removed it, but I still can see Profile As ... menu item in (Project/Package) Explorer popup menu when I click on a file. It is also still in visible in Windows/Customize Perspective.../Commands dialog.
How do I remove them? |
