i open start menu n run command prompt from accessories, i enviroment variable for mysqldump has already been set

can u tell me
my command is
mysqldump --user=root --host=localhost --port=3306 --password=waq sc_hirs > g:\dbbackup.sql

ur given code is not exeuting it
can u tell me how can i execute it from my code ???
