We recently launched a Ruby Web Developer news group and I thought you might be interested.
NewsforWhatYouDo is a new type of collaborative news site / feed reader where users in the same profession and industry discover, filter and comment on news that's relevant to their profession. The challenge we've taken on is to provide much better relevancy and discovery compared to feed readers like Google Reader and aggregators like Friendfeed and Digg. At the same time we also can provide comprehensive coverage not found in the many industry-specific, manual-posting based news sites out there. |
