sure, it _is_ less active than the old one.
If they switch back to the old code _now_ they can keep their users, otherwise they'll simply get lost and won't come back anymore. Please revert to the old design/layout. This one is crappy and ugly! lg Clemens |

I was mainly a lurker on javalobby for the past 2 years. I found that I enjoyed the discussions more than the original articles themselves. Right now it appears that there's 10 times as many articles but most go uncommented or at best have 1 or 2 comments. I used to visit the site a few times a day, but now it's more like a few times a week as there just doesn't seem to be much activity here.
I still find value in the articles but I miss the 50 reply heated debates which were commonplace on the old site ![]() |

Hi guys. First, let me say that we really appreciate your feedback. We do try to listen to what the community has to say, and as Rick mentioned in one of our recent newsletters, we have stepped in a bit of a pile here
We're actively working to improve things, especially the content, and the design is undergoing a radical shift to what we hope will be a big improvement. We'll be soliciting some user feedback in the forums here in then near future, so please stay tuned. -Matt |
